Petaling Street- Street Food Haven

One of the busiest towns in Kuala Lumpur is Petaling Street and I am sure you have heard of this famous town before. Petaling Street is home for various apparels, souvenirs, imitation as well as renowned local delicacies that have passed on from one generation to another. There are couple of stalls that sells many tasty snacks and thirst quenchers that worth our every single cent. Now, shall we look at what are the choices of food that are available that are equally interesting and delicious? Let’s go!

One of the famous street snacks here is Min Jiang Kueh or also known as Peanut Pancake. Ground peanuts and sugar are sandwiched in between, and as you sink your teeth into them, the taste was completely irresistible!

After walked down the street for sometimes, I have spotted the best option to quench my thirst from the heat; well it’s none other than Tau Fu Fah from Uncle Bean. If you ask me, a warm bowl of Tau Fu Fah is one of the most wonderful delicacies ever. The soft Tau Fu Fah that melts into your mouth with every bite is simply heavenly! You can have it with a choice of brown sugar or with soya bean as well.

Other than that, I have also come across a stall named King of Tea, well a royal treat for a thirsty commoner! There are various choices over here, but what caught our attention was the Iced Milk Coffee. After taking our order, the drink maker started to make the drinks with swift moves and presented us with a rich, aromatic glass of Iced Milk Coffee. As a coffee lover, I was completely smitten with the taste of the coffee and pledged to back for more in the future.

Of course, there are many other food stalls in Petaling Street, one should personally go there to experience the hustle bustle ambience and the various choice of food. So get down here, today!
